Paying invoices, renewals, changing plan, and what refunds cover.

Everything about money lives in your client area: what you owe, what you have paid, and when the next invoice is due.
Invoices are emailed to you and are also in the client area under Billing. Open one and pay with bKash, Nagad or card. Everything is in taka, so there is no conversion and no international card needed. Payment confirms in seconds, and the service starts or renews as soon as it does.
Services renew on the same date each month or year, and the invoice arrives before the due date rather than on it, so there is time to pay. Watch domain renewals in particular: a domain that lapses can be expensive to get back, and occasionally someone else registers it first.
Yearly billing works out cheaper per month and leaves you one payment to remember instead of twelve. Monthly is easier on cash flow. You can switch at renewal from the client area.
Upgrades take effect immediately, and the difference for the rest of your billing period is worked out for you rather than charged as a full month. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, so you keep what you already paid for until then.
Every invoice downloads as a PDF with your business name and address on it. Put those details in your client area profile before the next invoice is generated — the details are copied onto the invoice at the moment it is created, so correcting them afterwards does not change the ones already issued.
Hosting, email and apps follow our refund policy, and the refund page carries the terms that apply. Domains are the exception: once a name is registered with the registry the fee cannot be recovered, so check the spelling before you order.
Nothing is switched off the moment an invoice goes unpaid. The invoice stays open, we email you, and there is a grace period before a service is suspended. If money has left your account but the invoice still shows unpaid, send us the transaction ID — that is all we need to match the payment up.
