App activation

The business apps run on the same account as your hosting. One login, one invoice, nothing to install on a computer.

Turning an app on

Open your client area and go to your services. Apps that come with your hosting plan are marked as included; the others show their monthly price. Choose the one you want and activate it — it appears in your dashboard within a few seconds and is ready to use.

What the trial covers

The apps included with your plan are free for three months from the day you activate them. It is the complete app, not a limited version with the useful parts removed, and nothing is charged for it during that time.

When the trial ends

We email you before it does. Keep the app and it moves to its normal monthly price on your next invoice. Do not want it, and you switch it off in the client area and are charged nothing. Switching an app off does not delete what you put into it — turn it back on later and your data is still there.

Which apps you can turn on

• Dueflow — send invoices, track payments, chase what you are owed
• Inventory — stock levels across every location, with an alert before you run out
• POS — sell at the counter and online, sharing stock with Inventory
• Analytics — still in development; it will appear in the same list when it is ready

Sharing access with your team

Apps open from your CoreBari dashboard, so there is no second password to remember. If someone else in your business needs to use an app day to day, give them the client area login rather than the DirectAdmin one. That keeps your server and website settings separate from ordinary app use, which is worth doing before it becomes urgent.
